কলকাতা ব্যুরো: প্রাক্তন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বুদ্ধদেব ভট্টাচার্যর শারীরিক অবস্থার উন্নতি হয়েছে। রবিবার রাতে তাঁর ভালো ঘুম হয়েছে বলে খবর। ফিজিওথেরাপি সহ বিভিন্ন ওষুধ চলছে ৷ শরীরের বিভিন্ন প্যারামিটার স্বাভাবিকের মধ্যে রয়েছে। রবিবার তিনি ফল খেয়েছেন বলে জানিয়েছেন চিকিৎসকরা। খবরের কাগজের হেডলাইন পড়ে তাঁকে শোনানো হয়েছে। প্রাক্তন মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর শারীরিক অবস্থার বিষয়ে আজ সকালে হাসপাতাল কর্তৃপক্ষের তরফে এমনই জানানো হয়েছে।
৯ ডিসেম্বর, বুধবার দুপুর থেকে দক্ষিণ কলকাতার আলিপুরে অবস্থিত বেসরকারি একটি হাসপাতালে চিকিৎসা চলছে প্রাক্তন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বুদ্ধদেব ভট্টাচার্যর। শেষ খবর পাওয়া পর্যন্ত, প্রাক্তন মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর শারীরিক অবস্থার উন্নতি হয়েছে। যে কারণে আগামী মঙ্গলবার হাসপাতাল থেকে তাঁকে ছুটি দেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে।
যদিও এখনও পর্যন্ত তাঁর রাইলস টিউব খোলা হয়নি। দলীয় মুখপত্র ছাড়াও অন্য আর যে সব খবরের কাগজ তিনি প্রতিদিন দেখেন, হাসপাতাল কর্তৃপক্ষের তরফে সেইসবের ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে। চোখের সমস্যার কারণে শুধুমাত্র খবরের কাগজের হেডলাইন পড়তে পারেন বুদ্ধদেববাবু। তবে, খবর তাঁকে পড়ে শোনান তাঁর দীর্ঘ বছরের বন্ধু তপনবাবু।

Former Chief Minister of West Bengal, admitted on Dec 9, 2020 at 220pm in Woodlands Hospital Critical Care Department under Dr Koushik Chakraborty, Consultant Physician and Dr Soutik Panda, Consultant Critical Care.
He is on intermittent non invasive ventilator FiO2 30%, SpO2 maintained at 95%
He is conscious, alert, communicating verbally and otherwise
Blood pressure, pulse is stable. Urine output is satisfactory, he is passing urine on his own. Next Blood gas analysis /ABG to be done at 6pm today
Completed 5 day course of IV antibiotics today morning, other supportive medications are on. On oral steroids
Tolerated soft diet including fruits orally. Ryles tube will be removed tomorrow morning.
Arterial line, central line will be removed today evening
Prognosis is good. Plan for Discharge tomorrow Dec 15, 2020
Treating doctors are on constant vigil on his health situation; he will be monitored till he is comfortable at home/ domiciliary care.
